Who we are
MPF Design is operated by Oro Market Trading, S.L. (CIF B88857958), Calle de la Paz 34, 46003 Valencia, Spain. The company is the data controller for information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact or quote form, we store what you enter: name, email, optionally company, and your answers to the quote questions. We don't collect more than we need to respond to you.
Why we process it
The data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to administer the project. The legal basis is legitimate interest ahead of a possible agreement, or performance of a contract if you're already a client.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into a client relationship are deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time. Data tied to ongoing or completed client work is kept for as long as the work and bookkeeping obligations require.
Your rights
You have the right to request access, correction or deletion of your data, and to object to processing. Contact us through the contact form to exercise any of these rights.
Where it's stored
Data is stored with providers running servers within the EU. No data is transferred to a third country without an adequate level of protection.
